Viktor will come out as transgender in the third instalment of the epic Netflix series.
Earlier this month, The Umbrella Academy released a teaser for the upcoming season, which gave viewers their first look into The Sparrow Academy - an almost identical school to Umbrella, but believed to be built with a better set of children.
And upon their arrival into the Umbrella universe, it doesn’t take the Sparrows long to stir up trouble.
The official Netflix premise for the third season of The Umbrella Academy also teased: "Enter the Sparrow Academy. Smart, stylish, and about as warm as a sea of icebergs, the Sparrows immediately clash with the Umbrellas in a violent face-off that turns out to be the least of everyone’s concerns.
"Navigating challenges, losses, and surprises of their own – and dealing with an unidentified destructive entity wreaking havoc in the Universe (something they may have caused) — now all they need to do is convince Dad’s new and possibly better family to help them put right what their arrival made wrong.

“Will they find a way back to their pre-apocalyptic lives? Or is this new world about to reveal more than just a hiccup in the timeline?”
Page’s character - previously known as Vanya Hargreeves, will mirror his real-life experience as the 35-year-old actor came out as transgender in December 2020.
In an Instagram post, he wrote: "I feel lucky to be writing this.
"To be here. To have arrived at this place in my life. I feel overwhelming gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me along this journey. I can’t begin to express how remarkable it feels to finally love who I am enough to pursue my authentic self."

In the same post, the Academy Award-nominated actor also expressed his sadness with the increasing number of transgender-related suicides and condemned political leaders for denying the trans existence by ‘criminalising transgender health care’.
The Juno star has been praised by the LGBTQI+ community for being open about his experience and sharing moments of gender euphoria.
As reported by US Magazine, the actor recently took to Instagram Live before the 2022 Oscars showing himself in a black tuxedo and labelling the experience as ‘trans joy'.
The Umbrella Academy season three is set to be released June 22.
