Dating can be a tricky old game at times. What to wear, where to go, what to say, will you even like them? But Jade Savage claims she was on the 'worst date ever' when her love interest branded her fat.
To make matters worse, the 28-year-old had spent three-and-a-half hours on the train and had forked out a total of £93 ($115) to see a guy she had met on Tinder some months prior.
She had already been on a few dates with the bloke in question, but as she stepped out of the train station, Jade said she was told she had 'put some weight on' by the 27-year-old salesman. You know who you are.
After calling her date a 'pr***' she left and returned home to Syston, Leicestershire, confiding in her friends about what had happened - which soon turned into a joke.

Laughing about the situation she had ended up in, Jade set up a Go Fund Me page to refund the cost of her train ticket, which is currently sat at £440 ($540). Who's laughing now, eh?
On the fundraiser, she wrote: "Date called me fat and got offended when I told him he was rude and acting like a pr***. So took me back to the train station 5 minutes later.
"He then offered to give me the £90 travel money back and blocked me when I said yeah. Just want to make my £90 travel money back so I can buy wine and sticks of lard."
The mum-of-one had travelled 41 miles from her home town to Peterborough because she had missed the coach from Leicester and had to get the train.

Speaking to The Sun, Jade said: "I was chatting to him on the phone when I got to the train station, waiting for him to pick me up.
"That's when he said, 'F*** me, you have put some weight on haven't you?' I was like, 'No, you can't say that.'
"It was clear he wanted to call the whole thing off, but I still hoped we could have a nice time so we went to his car. But he said, 'I can say it, it's a fact. You have put weight on, so therefore I can joke about it.'
"I called him a pr*** but he then went berserk and said, 'You what, you think I'm a pr***?' He drove me back to the station and told me I had put him in a bad mood and that I had to go home." Can't see her arguing with that, to be honest.
The care support worker waited another hour for her return train home which is when she set up the GoFundMe page as she sipped on a glass of wine.

She added: "My mates were laughing with me, saying, 'You've paid £90 to go to Peterborough, be called fat and then get sent home.' It was the worst and shortest date I've been on. I see the funny side and that's why I did the GoFundMe."
