'One of a kind' sex therapist shares the number one tip that most men forget in bed

'One of a kind' sex therapist shares the number one tip that most men forget in bed

The therapist helps men overcome problems during sex

A lot of people suffer from a little bedroom anxiety from time to time and it's obviously a very normal thing.

But that's why a self-proclaimed 'one of a kind' therapist is here to help.

Stirling Cooper has specialised in helping men overcome sexual inadequacies for four years, after deciding to leave the adult film industry behind.

The 37-year-old from the US mainly coaches two types of people - virgin men and men who are in long-term relationships.

He has indeed given himself the monicker of being 'world's number one sex coach for men' as he hopes to steer lads in the right direction in the bedroom.

Stirling, who lives in Miami, said: "I try to teach guys how to be the type of lover their woman has always craved.

"A lot of what I teach is the autonomy of women where they want the nurturing space provided but they also want the dominant, rugged masculine type too."

But the number one thing that most men forget to do in bed, he says, is 'dirty talk'.

Stirling claims it can make women climax because their brains are their 'biggest sexual organ'.

The 'sexpert' said: "I think any guy can learn how to be good in bed.

"One of the best tools a guy can learn from me is the art of dirty talk.

"A woman's brain is her biggest sexual organ. If a man knows how to use dirty talk correctly he can halve the time it takes for a woman to orgasm.

"You can quite literally fast track her to an orgasm."

The former adult industry worker offers advice on his YouTube channel and is focused on 'teaching old dogs new tricks'.

"We have had guys who have been in 20 year marriages tell me they are back in their honeymoon stage and feel like they are dating for the first time again," he added.

"They say it has sparked the sexual chemistry in their relationship and have stopped nagging and arguing because both the man and the woman are back in their natural polarities.

"It's incredible that I've been able to do this for people. I love reading my emails [of reviews] in the morning. It's absolutely fantastic.

"The other type of guy is training puppy dogs. I will get young guys who are very inexperienced and nervous.

"I have literally had virgins take my advice and then they get their first girlfriend and they don't believe that he's a virgin because his skills and knowledge are so high level. It's quite remarkable."

On why he left the adult film business, Stirling explained: "I retired from adult entertainment in 2020 and it's important for me to state that I don't support the industry.

"It's not an industry I would ever encourage anyone to get into and it's not an industry I encourage men to consume either.

"I get a lot of women sliding into DMs saying thank you to me for helping and teaching their husband or boyfriend.

"I inadvertently help more women than I help men.

"Every man I'm helping, on the other end of that there's at least one woman. I'm inadvertently responsible for their happiness directly through my clients."
