Over the next few weeks, parents across the country will no doubt be taking part in countless Sports Day competitions at their kids' schools.
While for some parents, it's something to look forward to - for others, it can be a rather mortifying experience.
One mum who got stuck into the annual event a couple of years ago ended up accidentally mooning students, teachers - and pretty much the entire nation - after a video of her racing went viral.

Katie Hannaford took a tumble during her kids' Sports Day back in 2022.
She has since revealed what the school run has been like for her and her kids since - as well as whether she's planning on taking part in any future Sports Days or if she's been put off for good.
Recalling the occasion, Katie told LADbible: "My oldest daughter was watching Sports Day with myself and some other school mum friends.

"The staff mentioned a parents race over the tannoy and Tegan, my oldest, said 'Go on mum, you always did it for me'."
She continued: "Once they asked for parents to join in my youngest Beau across the field was saying, 'Come on mum do it'."
The rest was, quite literally, history.
"Another mum and I agreed to join in," Katie revealed, "I was dreading it but thought 'Oh, it’s a bit of fun, why not?'"

After mooning the entire school, she couldn't believe it when her video went viral.
"I shared the video on a parenting group to give other parents a laugh as it really could have happened to anyone and we all need a good laugh sometimes," she said.
"From there, it was re-shared thousands of times and I couldn’t believe my eyes when all these notifications were coming through but each time it just made me laugh."
For all those of you wondering what doing the school run has been like following the ordeal, Katie recalled: "When it first happened, I had so many parents come and say 'Well done, good on ya, you’re a good sport' etc."

Now, Katie's daughter is at a new school so, luckily 'no one is aware of it'.
And, the question we've all been dying to know the answer to since the blunder last summer: has Katie had the opportunity to take part in any more Sports Days since?
It's a big no.

She told us: "No, I haven’t and I’ve promised my girls I’ll never do another 'parents race' ever again," she said.
"There was a parents dance recently at my daughter dance competition. They announced it, the girls looked at me and said 'No, mum'.
"I agreed to give it a miss!"
