One Nando's worker is sick of asking customers the same question and has said she'll quit if it keeps up. You can find out what that question is below:
Look, who doesn't love a cheeky Nando's?

Well, for starters Alicia - at least when she has to ask one particular question.
And no that question isn't 'have you been to Nando's before,' which let's just accept that basically the whole of the UK has been.
So, what question is annoying Alicia more than anything? It's to do with how spicy you want your chicken.
Taking to TikTok to air her grievances, Alicia said: "Please state your chosen spice when ordering at Nando's."

Looking thoroughly unimpressed, she went on to add: "I'm one more 'how spicy' away from quitting my job."
And, look we get it, there are days when your customer service voice just stops working.
Still, we didn't realise that the question was pissing Nando's workers off so much, though it seems Alicia isn't the only one feeling irritated by asking.

A lot of fellow Nando's workers sympathised, with one saying: "When they say mild and you just wanna cry there and then!!"
For those wondering why that's an issue, another worker cleared things up: "When people ask for ‘mild or extra mild’ so plain or lemon and herb???"
To be fair, there is literally a big Peri-ometer on the back of the menu that tells you how spicy each seasoning is.
Another added in: "'What’s the table number' erm yeah half a chicken," and we'd like to apologise for that one because there's good odds it was us when we were drunk.

Hilariously, another Nando's worker chimed in with their own strange ordering experience, adding: "I asked a customer last week ‘how spicy do you want your wings?’ She said ketchup."
We really hope the customer was on about a side dip, and no one in their right mind is marinating chicken in ketchup.
While another former McDonald's worker came up with the drive-thru equivalent, saying: "When I used to work at McDonald's and people would make me ask what size meal and what drink they want with their meal it would make my blood boil bro."

To be honest, we genuinely didn't realise how irritating those questions were, so we'll make sure to include our spice and meal size next time we order.
