You've got the 'eyes of a sniper' if you can spot the bird hiding in the woods within five seconds

Give yourself the challenge, do you see it?

A winter woodland scene, but hidden somewhere there is a bird perched amidst the flora.

This is your challenge, you've got an image to look at and if you can spot the bird in five seconds then you'd better give yourself a pat on the back and feel extra good about yourself today.

It's simple, just look at the image below and if you can spot a crow within a few seconds then you have passed this test.

If you can't then we'll tell you the answer below, so no peeking if you want to do it fairly instead of just pretending to your friends that you know where something is.

Take a look in the picture and see where you might find a crow.

Did you spot it quickly?

In case you couldn't spot the bird look at the top right of the image and see what that is perched atop one of the barren trees ravaged by the winter weather.

Once you know where it is the answer becomes a bit obvious for this one, though you'd be forgiven for mistaking it for a leaf sticking out of a branch at first glance.

There's a whole community of people who enjoy these sorts of challenges over on r/FindTheSniper and it makes for a different daily brainteaser to doing the crossword or a sudoku every morning.

This challenge seemed fairly doable for the people who like trying their eyes and brains on these puzzles.

If spotting a bird perched atop a tree was too easy for you then you may wish to check out some other challenges in a similar vein.

Those who think they could spot a serpent in the undergrowth are encouraged to try this particular puzzle and see if you can pick out the snake amidst everything else.

Should you clear that snake-spotting challenge then there's another one you can tackle which might be even more difficult.

If you can find two snakes then two lizards ought to be child's play, or they would be if the animals weren't particularly impressive at hiding themselves from prying eyes.

In case you'd like to try your luck with a larger animal then try and spot this deer in a forest, it's ok to admit if you can't actually see the thing.

Those able to see all of these animals might want to consider a career where you look at things and pick out the details for a living.
