If you want to feel like a rocket man burning out your fuse alone, then there's a terrifying 60-metre ride at Europe's largest funfair that will test any daredevil, or Elton John fan.
The Hoppings Funfair in Newcastle, with over 400 rides and attractions, has re-opened in England for just 10 days.
And for those thrill-seekers - who will always choose a 'nail biting' rollercoaster over a trip to the beach - this theme-park promises to deliver.

Park-goers are spoilt for choice with dodgems (bumper cars), ghost trains, carousels and waltzers.
There's even over 100 attractions and rides that are designed for the kids - bouncy castles, slides, spinning tea cups and mini roller coasters.
However, for those who live for the rush, there's one ride in particular that will definitely get your blood pumping.

The brand-new Rocket Ride is designed to lift you 60 meters in the air while spinning you around 'in a corkscrew-like motion' before landing 'back on Earth'.
A spokeswoman said it will be 'the first ever landing at the event of the nail-biting Rocket Ride'.
As well as the Rocket Ride, you could also try to beat the G4 force of the March 5 Bomber or opt to enjoy the towering heights of the Giant Observation Wheel.
With 42 rides taking centre stage at the park this year, you'll have plenty to choose from.

The Hoppings Funfair was first introduced to the city in 1882 and has expanded over the decades to become the biggest of its kind in Europe.
The funfair opened on Friday (16 June) and will close on 25 June, 2023.
Yes, you’ll only have a 10-day period to plan a trip up to Newcastle but it’ll definitely be worth it.

Doors will be open from 1pm to 11pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, while opening hours will be slightly less during the week, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The rides are priced individually and range from £1.50 to £5 and entrance is free.
Organiser Ryan Crow, of Crow Events, said: “It really is the perfect family entertainment.
“There are rides and attractions for all ages, the chance to have fun, to maybe win a souvenir of the day and to enjoy food, drink and some of the best attractions to be found anywhere in Europe.”

Last year, the Hoppings brought in 500,000 visitors and hope to attract even bigger crowds this time round.
But if you want to give the Rocket Ride a go, then there's no better time than now.
