Bam Margera’s brother Jess Margera is worried his brother is ‘dying’ and ‘there’s nothing he can do about it’.
The sibling of the infamous Jackass star penned a heartbreaking social media post revealing that his brother’s health is more dire than ever.
“I hope none of you have to hurt as much as me right now. He is dying, and there is nothing I can do about it,” Jess wrote.

Jess’ remarks came after the former pro skateboarder turned himself into police after days on the run for allegedly punching his brother in the face at their home in Philadelphia.
Pennsylvania State Police issued an arrest warrant for the 43-year-old after they responded to a reported domestic disturbance shortly before 11.00am local time on Sunday (23 April).
According to court documents, Jess told police that his brother kicked open his locked bedroom door and later punched him in the eye, nose and ear during a confrontation in the kitchen.

A police affidavit says Jess also found a threatening handwritten note signed 'Bam'.
The letter allegedly read: "If you even f**king think of calling the police on me, I will officially f**k you up."
The Jackass star has since been charged with assault, harassment, and four counts of terroristic threats.
Bam has since denied allegations he hurt his brother, revealing that he would sue him for defamation.

"I just got out of the courthouse with my lawyers," he said via Instagram, as per TMZ.
"Everything went great and the false accusations of what my brother says are not true and he will be sued for defamation as well as being evicted from castle bam sooner than later."
Bam’s health has been on a downward spiral for years, with his brother claiming he is addicted to ‘meth’ after the incident was made public.

"Seeing him screaming @ [at] a person that wasn't there, hallucinating. It's really scary and heartbreaking," he added.
"His gf has her phone, I'm obviously very worried about Bam but I'm extremely worried about that there is an 8 year old child with them.
"I can't even imagine the environment in that car right now."
Bam has refuted those allegations and said he would happily submit to a drug test.

Earlier this year, fellow Jackass co-star Steve-O expressed similar concern for Bam’s health.
After Bam took to Instagram, sharing an old photo of Johnny Knoxville calling him a ‘poser’, Steve-O defended his friend and said he was spreading 'vile nonsense'.
"I've tried everything I can, but I can't force you to get honest and do the work of recovery. I wish you could know how much I've hated feeling braced for news of your death, but you're making it clear that I have no other choice,” he added.
"You're dying, brother, and it sucks that I can't do anything to save you.
