Amanda Holden once revealed the odd way that ex-husband Les Dennis wooed her prior to their eight-year marriage.
The Britain's Got Talent judge was in her 20s when she married the comedian, who was 17 years her senior, and he had an odd trick that got her to fall for him.
Apparently, it was all to do with impressions of a popular TV character - weird, I know.

But that was one of the things that got the Heart FM presenter to fall hard, as Dennis would nail an impression of Mavis Riley from Coronation Street.
Played by seasoned British actress Thelma Barlow, apparently the comedian would pull it out while they were in bed, especially the line: "I don't really know."
It turns out that Holden revealed all during BGT's auditions back in 2008, announcing it to judges Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan as something that Dennis did in the bedroom.

"The three judges were having a joke with the warm-up host who comes out before the acts to get the crowd going," an audience member said to the Daily Star Sunday.
They further claimed: "He started flirting with Amanda and having a bit of banter, when out of the blue she admitted Les used to do his Mavis impression for her in bed.
"It sounded like it was their way of foreplay. The audience thought it was hilarious and so did Simon and Piers, though they were pretty speechless."

The two married in 1995 after meeting while performing in The Sound of Music two years prior, though their marriage ended after Holden had an affair.
According to reports, she cheated with Line Of Duty star Neil Marrisey after meeting him on the set of BBC’s Happy Birthday Shakespeare.
Dennis would later claim that he knew they were on borrowed time after a plumber assumed that she was his child instead of his wife.
Even though Holden said that she remembered the plumber incident and even found it amusing, she said in an earlier interview that the affair was a dark time in her life.

Speaking to the Express in 2009, the radio presenter said: “I found the fall from grace incredibly hard to deal with. I can’t bear not to be liked. Then I had an affair and overnight turned into this awful person.
“There are no hard feelings with Les. I wish him the best but we’ve both moved on.”
She told the Daily Mail that she’d ‘brought it on’ herself and said Dennis was her ‘saviour’.

She added: “So the person I'd hurt the most in the world was the one who was there for me."
But now, Dennis and Holden remarried and have kids of their own, while looking back at their relationship light-heartedly with no ill feelings.
