Blake Lively gave a ‘wild’ answer when asked about working with Justin Baldoni.
The pair starred alongside each other earlier this year in the romantic drama, It Ends With Us.
However, a lot of the film’s release was surrounded by rumours of an off-screen rift between the actors with fans noticing the pair were not doing press together.

And now there seems to be some reason for a lot of the speculation as Lively has sued Baldoni for sexual harassment and accused him of trying to launch a ‘smear campaign’ against her.
Her legal complaint claims he ‘personally added graphic content’ to the film without her knowledge or consent as well as asking intrusive questions about her own sex life.'
During the promo rounds for It Ends With Us, fans noticed that Lively seemed to completely avoid mentioning Baldoni when asked about building trust with him as a scene partner.

This interview, of course, came months before she filed her bombshell lawsuit on Friday (20 December).
The Yahoo! Entertainment interview did the rounds on TikTok at the time as Lively said: “I mean, this movie was such a challenge because you have scenes that are deeply painful and traumatic and physical, but you also have scenes that are full of levity and light and romance.
“And normally, when I see this type of character like Ryle on screen, you know what’s going to happen, and you’re like, ‘Ah, that guy’s full of red flags.’”

The actor went on to praise the original novel’s author: “But the way that Colleen wrote Ryle, I think, is just so—I think that’s why the story resonates with so many, is [because] you get why Lily stays.
“You get why Lily chooses to believe a different reality because you’re watching her in real time. You, too, are going like, ‘I know what I just saw, but I don’t want to…maybe I didn’t just see that.’ That is the magic of this film is, is how she how she made these characters so, so winning.”
Fans commented on the clip to say Lively’s answer was ‘wild’ as she didn’t include any mention of Baldoni.

Another wrote: “Is the answer in the room with us?”
As others pointed out: “So when did she talk about building trust with Justin? I missed it…”
“Her answer made me ask what the question was,” one said.
Baldoni’s lawyer has slammed the lawsuit as being full of ‘categorically false accusations’.
