It seems even more A-Listers are getting involved in the beautiful game.
Having just become Birmingham City’s new co-owner this month, NFL star Tom Brady has been spotted in a local pub with fellow Blues’ supporters.
If that wasn’t weird enough, the seven-time Super Bowl winner was even serenaded as he enjoyed a quick pint on match day.

Following in the footsteps of Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, who own Wrexham FC, the 46-year-old became a minority stakeholder in the football club last month.
The former Patriots player using his reported £400m fortune to invest in the side with Knighthead Capital Management.
Of course, it wasn’t long before Brady jetted over to the UK to find out more about his football team.

In a tweet, he teased his appearance and wrote: "Any plans before kick off guys? See you at St. Andrew’s".
To which, Birmingham's official account replied: "See you soon, Tom!".
Despite his staggering wealth though, the NFL star decided to discover the city for himself and ended up in local boozer, the Birmingham Faithful.
Of course, there were plenty of true-blue supporters to welcome him and some even put in extra time by serenading him ahead of today’s match.

It’s a pretty hilarious to watch as the club owner looks a little overwhelmed, as he stands in a beige overcoat with fans chanting traditional football tunes at him.
This hasn’t stopped fans' excitement though, as they believe the new Birmingham City owner will be a game changer!
In fact, many have taken to Twitter to share their enthusiasm after seeing clips of the NFL star online.

“Nothing to see here. Just Tom Brady in a pub in Birmingham,” tweed one fan, adding: “Love seeing him connect with the locals after confirming his co-ownership in the club.”
Another added: “Surreal and hilarious in equal measure.”
Others commented on Brady’s rather confused reaction, with a third writing: “You can see him standing there thinking ‘what the f**k have I done’.”
One even joked that the new owner had ‘gone for the Green Street’ coat, referring to Charlie Hunnam's iconic look in the football hooligan film.

However, we shouldn’t downplay the new owner’s excitement as he previously gushed about how ‘iconic’ the club was.
In a statement about his appointment, he wrote: “Birmingham City is an iconic club with so much history and passion and to be part of the Blues is a real honour for me.
“I’ve been part of some amazing teams in my day, and I’m looking forward to applying my perspective to create that same success here in Birmingham.”
It seems Tom Brady is a true blue after all.
