Piers Morgan has said he’ll ‘destroy’ Louis Theroux following his ‘awkward’ interaction with Anthony Joshua during a new episode of his Louis Theroux Interviews show.
Theroux returned to our screens last night (7 November), where he sat down with former heavyweight champion of the world - but at one point, their interview took an awkward turn when Joshua attempted to silence Theroux. Check it out:
The 53-year-old journalist seemed to rub Joshua up the wrong way during a tense exchange.

The pair were discussing an incident after Joshua lost to Oleksandr Usyk, when the boxer chucked the heavyweight belts out of the ring and then grabbed the microphone to have a rant.
Joshua said: "That was an ego and pride thing coming out. I brought this heavyweight division back - that was in me. Right or wrong, probably wrong."
Theroux pushed back on the response, pointing out: "Probably wrong, probably wrong, I think.
“I don’t think anyone says it was the right thing to do.”

An irate Joshua then hit back: "You asked me a question and I’m answering it."
Although Joshua seemingly wasn’t up for discussing that particular episode in his career, Theroux was and continued: "You took the belts and dropped them over the side."
Joshua then elaborated: "It was like that these don’t even mean anything anyway. I’ve thrown them because that’s what I’ve felt like and grabbed the mic, I addressed the crowd.

“Could I have done it better? Of course I could have. I felt frustrated, annoyed.
“I knew I was out of the title race and then the questions started, 'What is he like? Where is his head at?'"
And it’s not just Joshua who ended up rattled by Theroux - as former Good Morning Britain host Morgan has said he will ‘destroy’ him, after the documentary-maker made a cheeky remark about him.

In last night’s episode, Joshua suggested to Theroux that he could arrange a boxing match for him, telling him: "I could actually get you a fight, it will do well. You'd bring viewers to my broadcasting channel."
Discussing who he could take on Theroux replied: "Piers Morgan? That's a better match up.
"Number one, he's very famous and I could actually take him."
Shots fired.

And the comment hasn’t gone unnoticed by 58-year-old Morgan who took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say: "Have you lost your marbles, Louis Theroux? I’d destroy you in 30 seconds, you puny wastrel."
Well, there's only one way to settle this, guys.
