Davina McCall's partner has shared an update after the TV presenter underwent brain surgery for a tumour diagnosis.
Earlier today (15 November) the 57-year-old told her followers in a video message that she would be undergoing brain surgery.

The former Big Brother host said: “I’m posting this. It will be Friday morning, and I’m doing it because a few months ago, I did a menopause talk for a company, and they offered me a health scan in return, which I thought I was going to ace, but it turned out I had a benign brain tumour called a colloid cyst, which is very rare, three in a million.

“And so I slightly put my head in the sand for a while, and then I saw quite a few neuro surgeons. I got lots of opinions, and I realised that I have to get it taken out.”
McCall explained that the tumour was 14mm wide so it needed to be taken out because 'if it grows, it would be bad'.
The Masked Singer judge said that the plan was for surgeons to go through the top of her head and through the two halves to get to the middle of her brain.

"Get the cyst. Take it out. Empty it. Take it out. Bob's your uncle," she added. "So say a prayer for me. I am in good spirits."
Thankfully her partner since 2019 Michael Douglas said the surgery was a success and that McCall is now recovering.
He wrote on her Instagram page: "Hey all. Davina is out of surgery and according to the surgeon it was textbook!
"She's currently recovering in ICU as a precaution, as you can imagine she's utterly exhausted.
