Gogglebox star Stephen Webb has shown off his impressive body transformation after hitting the gym.
The 52-year-old spent a decade sitting around watching TV for our entertainment - but it seems he’s dead set on proving that he’s no couch potato after he shared a clip of highlighting his gruelling workouts, as well as shots of the results of all his hard work.
Sharing the video, he wrote: “Back in the game! With a little help from my friends @alex__boito @drjefffoster who I’ll be chatting with next week about men’s health! Watch out for the video.”

After 10-years on our screens, the Gogglebox legend announced that he and husband Daniel Lustig-Webb were stepping back from the Channel 4 show earlier this month.
He originally featured on the show with his former partner Christopher Steed, but was joined on the sofa by his mum, Pat, in 2017 after Christopher left the series.
In 2019, Pat left to make way for Daniel, who joined the series for its 13th season in 2019.

"As one of the original Goggleboxers, Stephen has entertained the nation with his hilarious quips since the show first started in 2013, sharing his opinions on the best and biggest TV events of the last ten years.
