If there was ever a perfect candidate to fly the flag of feminism in the face of a pushy photographer, it's got to be Hannah Waddingham.
Even though she had her hosting gig at the Olivier Awards at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday (14 April) night to worry about, the Game of Thrones star still had time to put a bloke in his place and remind him he was being 'a d**k' before it began.
But do you really expect anything less from an icon like Waddingham? I think not.

Take a look at this:
The actor, 49, has had to deal with plenty of a**holes throughout her illustrious career, so she has got more than enough experience when it comes to knocking creeps down a peg or two.
She previously spoke out about the sexism she has faced with over the years during an interview with Glamour, saying: "When it comes to dealing with sexism, especially in my industry, I was on the receiving end of it mostly when I was modelling back in my 20s, with some of the nonsense that misogynistic male photographers would throw at me to put me in my place.

"I called them out straight away – and they would then try to fight their corner, but I never let it go; I always called it out – but back then, it was at a time when people didn’t back you up.
"But I know that I’ve always given off an air of: 'I will literally kill you if you treat me like that!' I think it’s important that when you see someone behaving badly, you call them out and batter them over the head with it."
And the Ted Lasso star proved she was a woman of her word last night when she stood up to a photographer who'd apparently urged her to 'show me leg' while getting her photo taken.

Clearly furious by the comment, the star said: "Oh my god, you would never say that to a man. Don’t be a d**k, otherwise, I’ll move on.
"Don’t say 'show me leg'."
She then appeared to exchange a few cross words with the man before shaking her head in disappointment and walking away.
And social media users have heaped praise on Waddingham for making the bloke eat humble pie as the footage of the moment went viral on X.

One proud fan said: "I could not love her more! I absolutely LOVE that she stands her ground and will not let people treat her like crap."
Another wrote: "I only know her from Ted Lasso, and I absolutely adored her. Now this? This is boss!"
A third added: "She is amazing, what a role model."

A fourth chimed in: "I love the fact she told him off so firmly yet calmly. What a QUEEN!!!"
While a fifth commented: "Absolute queen behaviour and a great example for younger girls in the industry about knowing their worth."
