Harry Potter star Jessie Cave has made one promise after announcing that she was joining OnlyFans.
The 37-year-old is best known for playing the role of Lavender Brown in the last three films of the wizarding series, who was briefly the love interest of Rupert Grint's Ron Weasley, before being killed off during the final battle at Hogwarts.
Cave has continued to work as an actress since Harry Potter came to an end in 2011, as well as pivoting to comedy and cartoon drawing.

Which meant that her decision to join OnlyFans came as a surprise to fans. Confirming the new career venture on Instagram, she shared a video brushing her hair alongside the caption: "I’m starting an onlyfans for my hair. It’s niche even for me. Join me on this strange new journey."
OnlyFans enjoyed a boom of popularity during the early days of the pandemic and quickly gained a reputation for it's sexually explicit content, with numerous adult stars building huge platforms on the site.
However, don't be expecting to see any x-rated content from Cave, as she has made it clear that she is focusing on catering to a 'niche' demographic with her hair.

"I do niche hair content, which you may well quite like. How magical," she wrote in her OnlyFans bio, which included numerous Harry Potter references, adding that she could consider specific requests.
"Wizard warning: Will not do explicit sexual content. Might be in my underwear," she added.
Cave expanded further on the decision during a recent episode of her podcast, explaining that she would be creating 'fetish' content. "I’m launching an OnlyFans, it’s not a sexual one. It’s a fetish," she said.

"Fetish doesn’t necessarily mean sexual... I'm not putting my boobs out."
Cave continued: "This is entirely for hair based content. It's very much geared towards people who have an interested or fetish with hair.
"I do a lot of videos with my hair on Instagram and I have now for a while, and I just noticed that there's a lot of... it's never dirty comments but I do get lots of interest in the hair thing. I just thought f**k it I'm going to do something that is very niche."

She added: "This is very much a way of me saying, 'okay, I'm doing something that is not normal, this is weird and a bit kinky.'"
Cave also explained that she intended to stay on the platform for around a 'year' with the goal of clearing her debts and paying for a series of renovations on her house.
"My aim? To get out of debt. My aim? To empower myself? To prove to those in the past who have misjudged me that I’m not so sweet? To put time into something I never invested in before: self-love," she wrote on Substack.
