One of Hugh Hefner's former 'girlfriends' who claimed to have been impregnated by the magazine mogul said it left her 'disgusted' with her own body.
Karissa Shannon, who moved into the Playboy Mansion with her twin sister Kristina in 2008, said she felt as though an 'alien' was growing inside of her stomach.
The pair, who grew up on a trailer park in Clearwater Beach, Florida, were just 18 years old when they first caught Hefner's eye.

They moved out to Los Angeles to live with the late publisher, who was 83 at the time, but say they didn't realise they would actually have to have sex with him.
The twins said they thought Hefner's reputation in the bedroom was merely a part of his public image - until they realised 'what they got themselves into' on their 19th birthday.
Karissa and Kristina claim they were summoned to Hefner's bedroom for sex, while alleging the pensioner plied them with a pill which resulted in them being the 'most inebriated we've ever been'.
Speaking on A&E's docuseries Secrets of Playboy in 2022, the twins compared the threesome to 'having sex with your grandpa', while Karissa added: "And that was our 19th birthday. You're never going to forget that."

The twins - who bagged two joint centrefold spreads in Playboy - have alleged that they were 'groomed' by Hefner, while comparing living at his mansion to 'being in a cult'.
"I believe that Hef would prey on the younger girls, like us, who came from a bad background," Kristina claimed in the documentary.
"Or the girls who were not so pretty, he could promise them, 'here's this beautiful castle, and I have all these surgeons'."
The sisters claimed that they got 'drunk every night' so that they could stomach sex with the millionaire, as well as alleging that they both caught chlamydia from him.
Karissa and Kristina say they both vowed to 'never have sex' with Hefner again after contracting the STI, however, he later managed to seduce them again.

"He told us that if we loved him and we wanted to be his girlfriends, then we have to have sexual encounters with him," Karissa said, while Kristina then added: "The problem is, Hef doesn't like to use protection."
As we all know, as well as putting you at risk of getting an STI, unprotected sex can also result in pregnancy.
Karissa claims she later discovered she was expecting Hefner's child by sheer chance after taking a routine blood test in preparation for a plastic surgery procedure.
"I got a call saying, 'Hey, you're pregnant' [and] I freaked," the blonde said. "I'm like, 'Who else knows about this? … Don't call Hef, don't call anyone, I don't want anyone knowing'."

The model, now 35, said that she 'didn't think it was possible' for someone of Hefner's age to impregnate her, given his unsuccessful IVF journey with girlfriend Holly Madison around the same time.
"I was getting ready to turn 20," Karissa continued. "I didn't want [Hefner] to know that I was pregnant. I didn't want him to want me to have it. I didn't want to be stuck even more inside that bubble.
"I think it's a way for him to control me even more, have me on a leash. I felt disgusted with my body. I felt like there was something like an alien inside me. I was grossed out. I just wanted to get it over with."
"It was like the devil was inside of me," Karissa added, according to the Mirror. "I didn't want anyone to know I was carrying an 83-year-old man's child."
The twins, who moved out of the Playboy Mansion in 2010 and appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012, said they then secretly planned a termination.

Karissa added: "I found a clinic in LA. I got Hef’s security to drop us at the mall, pretending we were going shopping, then called my friend to pick us up. We were able to keep it secret."
