Colleen Hoover appears to have clocked out of the continuing controversy surrounding the film adaptation of her smash hit novel.
Between the never-ending developments, relentless reports from media outlets, and social media users sharing their hot takes, it's hard to escape Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's ongoing feud.
And fans think that this might be the reason why the It Ends With Us author deactivated her Instagram earlier this week.

Hoover, 45, quietly shut down her page on the photo and video sharing platform amid the constantly-evolving legal battle between the two stars.
The writer, from Texas, boasted a whopping two million followers and was quite an active user, having shared 5,697 posts since signing up.
However, fans of Hoover are now greeted with an error message which explains the 'page isn't available' when they try and access her Instagram profile.

She has kept fairly quiet throughout the Lively and Baldoni drama so far, although people thought she seemed to declare her allegiance to the Gossip Girl star back in December.
After Lively filed her first legal complaint against her co-star, Hoover ironically took to Instagram.
The Hopeless author shared a snap of her embracing the actress alongside a link to the New York Times article which divulged the details of the lawsuit against Baldoni.
Hoover wrote: "@blakelively, you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive, and patient since the day we met.

"Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt."
Jenny Slate, who starred as Baldoni's sister in the movie, also shared her support for Lively when the allegations came to light.
It is not clear when Hoover, who sold millions of copies of It Ends With Us, first deactivated her account. But according to Reddit users, people started picking up on it on Tuesday (21 January).

The same day, Baldoni's legal team explosively released behind-the-scenes footage of him and Lively on the set of the 2024 film.
Both actors referenced shooting the slow dancing scene in their respective lawsuits, although they both have very different perspectives on what the video shows.
According to Lively's lawyers, 'every frame corroborates, to the letter, what [she] described' - but Baldoni's camp claim it 'clearly refutes [her] characterisation of his behaviour'.
Now, Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds have asked a judge to impose a gag order on Baldoni's legal counsel.

The couple's lawyers accused Baldoni's representatives of 'improper conduct' and launching a 'harassing and retaliatory media campaign' against them, which they allege 'might prejudice the jury'.
LADbible have previously contacted Lively's, Reynold's, and Baldoni's representatives for comment.
