Over the years of her impressive career, Jennifer Lawrence has appeared on screen with a whole host of stars.
From the famous faces of The Hunger Games to being a part of the X-Men series, she’s worked with all kind of celebrities but there’s one who she particularly struggled to film with. Although, it’s not because they were an absolute pr*ck.
Lawrence admitted that it was ‘really, really hard filming with Jonah Hill’ when the pair starred in 2021 Netflix film Don’t Look Up.
You know that one about the end of the world with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep and Cate Blanchett also making up the mega ensemble cast.

And out of them, it was Hill who had the 34-year-old struggling.
The Superbad star played White House Chief of Staff Jason Orlean while Lawrence played astronomer Kate Dibiasky.
She shared the behind-the-scenes memories with Vanity Fair.

"It was really, really hard filming with Jonah, and just not ruining take after take, laughing,” the star explained.
“We one-time dedicated an entire day to him just improv-ing insults at me. It was amazing."
Lawrence went on to praise Hill's talent for improv, adding that 'he and 'Meryl were the only ones who should do that kind of improv.'
"I mean, he's just a comedic master. I mean we all did some [improv] just not as well as Jonah," she said.

One scene that featured in the film's trailer shows Hill's character telling Lawrence and DiCaprio's to: "Sit tight and assess."
"The sit tight comes first then you've got to digest it, that's the assessment period," Hill says.
Lawrence reflects: "See? That wasn't in the script Jonah."

But, while filming Don't Look Up sounded like a barrel of laughs, J-Law does remind readers that its sentiment is a lot more serious.
When asked what the 'biggest thing' people take away from the film should be, she replied: "To stop handling information the way that we do now, where there's like the truth and science and then politics, or you know, personal feelings involved.
"You know, we should all just be on the same page of, you know, taking care of our planet, and taking care of mankind.
"World peace would be my hope.”

This non-stop laughter isn’t the only tidbit of film BTS Lawrence has shared over the years after it was even reported the actor makes things equally uncomfortable for her co-stars as well.
Her The Hunger Games co-star Liam Hemsworth said she would eat foods such as garlic or tuna and then not brush her teeth before the pair locked lips.
Luckily for Hill, his interactions with Lawrence didn’t involve any kissing.
