Jennifer Lopez shares photo with Lewis Hamilton at Grand Prix after F1 star admitted to 'taking his shot' with her

It’s another Grand Prix day, which means celebrities have spent the weekend parading around the grid in fashionable looks while drivers prep to race.

And Jennifer Lopez seemed to serve up pink Power Ranger as she paraded the rehearsals in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, yesterday (19 April). The ‘On The Floor’ singer gave an after-race performance in the evening as part of a mega line-up including Usher, Peggy Gou, and PartyNextDoor.

But she also shared a photo with another name noted for their fashion; Lewis Hamilton.

And that comes a year after the Formula 1 star admitted to ‘taking his shot’ with her.

Saying she was ‘bringing a little sparkle to the F1’ in her pink bodysuit, Lopez paid a visit to the Ferrari team in their garage.

And while she posed for photos with them on her main feed, Hamilton got an Instagram Story main post of just the pair of them.

With the Brit in his Ferrari shirt and cap, he placed his hands on her back and shoulders as she’s got her head back laughing. Hamilton’s shooting a big smile directly at the camera, with Lopez having Tate McRae’s ‘Sports car’ playing over the top.

Very apt, but it seems surprising she wouldn’t just pick something from her own discography – maybe teasing us with ‘Waiting for Tonight’ or ‘If You Had My Love’ would’ve been iconic.

But either way, the pair posing together might have had some awkwardness for Hamilton after he confessed his ‘love’ for her last year.

While rumours swirled last spring that Lopez and Ben Affleck’s relationship was on the rocks (ahead of them announcing their divorce), the singer attended the Met Gala without him.

And when Hamilton attended a fan event at the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix after, he revealed what he’d said to her at the infamous fashion event.

“I told her how much I loved her,” he said.

But his then teammate George Russell quickly interjected to remind him: “She’s married though.”

But the 40-year-old went on to explain of the 55-year-old: “I just told her the whole story of I fell in love with her as a youngster.

“You know, she’s beautiful.”

Russell took another dig: “I’m sure her husband really appreciated that.”

As Hamilton quipped: “Batman wasn’t there so I took my shot.”

Well, seems Lopez is a fan of him and Ferrari anyway, with the harmless snap seeming to show them off as mates.
