Jeremy Clarkson has said that two popular drinks will not be available at his newly opening The Farmer's Dog pub due to a unique clause he's placed on the venue.
Clarkson, known throughout the UK for his time on Top Gear and more recently The Grand Tour, five years ago swapped driving fast cars for combine harvesters and tractors as he embarked upon a pretty full-on career in farming.
As a result, Clarkson's Farm was born with Amazon Prime Video so far bringing us three seasons of the hit documentary series and a fourth very much on the way.
Now, Jezza is branching out in to another industry as he becomes a publican at a watering hole just down the road from his 1,000-acre Diddly Squat Farm, with it opening to the general public in time for the August bank holiday weekend (23 August).

The full food menu has been revealed, alongside how much every option will cost you. The same also goes for the price of a pint, with it varying depending on what you choose.
“We wanted to have that restaurant on the farm last year and we couldn’t, and pubs, they are all for sale.” he said.
“So, we thought instead of building a restaurant we would buy a pub.”

He also described getting ready for the pub's opening as 'terribly stressful', adding: “Everything… there’s just so many things about running a pub you don’t think about.
“Yesterday we had the soft opening and someone’s managed to smash the lavatory door. When you go to a festival and go in the bogs, you think, does your bathroom at home look like this? How can you break a bathroom door?”
Clarkson said he had tried the gammon, parsley sauce, and bubble and squeak from the menu, but he added that the menu 'changes' depending on 'whatever we've got'.
There's also two major drinks not available at the pub, according to Jezza himself, with one certain carbonated drink off the menu.

The same goes for a hot drink many see as a part of their daily routine.
"There’s no Coca-Cola, no coffee, other pubs do coffee, Cornish tea – we do British food." he said.
Signs at the pub also revealed that punters won't be able to get ketchup due to the same reasons as the pub is focusing on selling British produce only.

The 64-year-old said that he 'doubted' his British-only venture would be profitable, further adding that the point of his venture was about highlighting the problems in the British agricultural sector while wryly adding: "At least Amazon pay me to find out."
"If I take one of our pigs and we slaughter it and butcher it and we turn it into sausages and we sell it here, it costs us 74 pence," Clarkson continued to say.
“If I buy imported pig meat it is 18 pence. So, something is wrong with the food system in this country.”

He also revealed that he'd looked at roughly 40 pubs before deciding on this one, saying he needed 'some very special things like a big car park, a big car park and lots of parking, and no little roads to get to it'.
“There’s no villagers to p**s off here. There’s no-one to annoy. It’s a good spot," he added.
You can find The Farmer's Dog on the A40 in the village of Asthall, near Burford, in the Cotswolds.
