Jeremy Clarkson has revealed he has been diagnosed with cancer.
He shared the news in episode seven of Clarkson’s Farm, which was released this evening, as he sat down talking to Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland.
The men are talking about an upcoming harvest, which Ireland says they should pencil in for July.
At this point, Clarkson let them know this wouldn’t work for them, prompting Cooper to ask if he was ‘going away’.

“Yeah,” Clarkson replied. “I’ve got cancer.”
In typical Clarkson style, he then added that ‘where was no one’s business’ before revealing that he found out in May following a check-up.

Ireland and Cooper were clearly taken aback by the news, while Clarkson continued: “I’ve known since May. I had a medical, remember? Back in May.
“I disappeared off the other week and had a biopsy done, and it is cancer and it’s aggressive, but it’s really early - so the treatment will be, you know…”
He went on to say that he would be having an operation in a couple of weeks and that he’d be ‘in and out in no time’ but would be out of action for a while.
“I don’t like this,” Cooper said, to which Clarkson quipped: “I wasn’t thrilled.”
Before promising: “I’ll be fine.”
In the final episode of the season, Clarkson, his girlfriend Lisa Hogan, Cooper, and Gerald Cooper are discussing the tough year.
Clarkson said: “So we started the year and I had coronary heart disease and ended it with me with cancer.

“We can dwell as much as we like on all the bad things that have happened on the farm but I think it is better now at the end of the year to focus on things that have happened that are good.”
Cooper than asked: “When will we know if the treatments worked?”
Jeremy replies: “I don’t know, I’ve got a blood test today, there’ll be a blood test and then we’ll know.
“Not for another few weeks. Come on cheer up, it probably did work.”
Clarkson is later seen in a hospital bed, telling viewers: "Some of the treatment has gone awry, let's say, I’m going to be here for a little while. I’m nil by mouth, I don’t know what’s going to happen.
“What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six and if it isn’t I won’t. Take care everyone."

Once he's out of hospital, he tells Cooper: "I’m feeling good, I’m strong they won’t know if it’s worked or not until November.
"They do blood tests and things. The prostate, 10 percent of it is dead, the ten per cent where the cancer is.”
The emotional new episodes were released just hours after Clarkson himself warned that they’d be ‘a difficult watch’.
In a clip shared to his Instagram, Clarkson said: “Got some good news and some sombre news. Good news is that Hawkstone has finally had an advert accepted and it will be shown just before kick-off in the England match tomorrow evening.
"Sombre news, Clarkson's Farm. Ordinarily, we try to keep the show charming and cheerful. But the final two episodes, which drop in the middle of the night tonight, are none of those things really. They're a difficult watch. They're really, really difficult."
Elsewhere in episode seven, which was titled 'Sickening', Clarkson found out about the bovine TB outbreak, which occurred at Diddly Squat Farm back in 2025.
