Jenny Slate has spoken out in support of Blake Lively as new footage from the filming of It Ends With Us references her.
The actor appeared in the 2024 film alongside Lively and Justin Baldoni, who also served as director.
As we all know by now, those two stars are currently embroiled in a flurry of lawsuits and allegations. Lively filed back in December, accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and attempting to launch a ‘social manipulation’ campaign.

And, after denying these claims, his team launched a suit more recently, for defamation.
As part of his filing, Baldoni included images from the premiere as well as nearly 10 minutes of ‘unedited footage’ from It Ends With Us.
One scene included features the two lead actors slow dancing. Lively actually reportedly referenced this scene in her lawsuit, accusing him of getting creepy with comments about the scent she was wearing.

In the video shared, both of them are mic’d up and it doesn’t seem that Baldoni says anything towards her.
However, it does include a reference to his nose, as the pair lean in closer and Lively saying: “I feel so nosey, I mean, it’s just like noses.”
And he responds while laughing: “I know, and my nose is so big.”

As their chatter continues, Lively jokes that they need ‘to shut down’ filming for a time so they can ‘just deal with that’, before adding: “Just kidding.”
Baldoni rounds it off by saying: “No it’s true. That’s why we hired Jenny Slate - our noses match.”
Slate played his sister in the film and when Lively’s filing came in December, she spoke out in her support.

“As Blake Lively’s cast mate and friend, I voice my support as she takes action against those reported to have planned and carried out an attack on her reputation,” she said in a statement to the Today show.
“Blake is a leader, loyal friend and a trusted source of emotional support for me and so many who know and love her. What has been revealed about the attack on Blake is terribly dark, disturbing, and wholly threatening. I commend my friend, I admire her bravery, and I stand by her side.”
It isn’t so clear whether Baldoni was mocking Slate’s nose size in the clip or more just referencing them having similar features to be able to play siblings.
Either way, this video is just another piece of the puzzle of the two stars’ ongoing rift.
