Matthew Perry’s time of death has been confirmed after new details surrounding the actor’s passing have emerged.
The beloved Friends star died at his Los Angeles home on 28 October aged 54.
His devastated family confirmed the tragic news in a statement, saying: “We are heartbroken by the tragic loss of our beloved son and brother. Matthew brought so much joy to the world, both as an actor and a friend.

"You all meant so much to him and we appreciate the tremendous outpouring of love."
He was laid to rest at Forest Lawn cemetery in the Hollywood Hills last week.
The late actor’s death certificate, which was obtained by The Blast, confirms Matthew’s time of death 4.17pm PST (12.17am GMT).

The certificate also confirms he was buried at Forest Lawn on 3 November.
It lists Matthew’s step-dad Keith Morrison - a Dateline journalist - as the informant.
An official cause of death is yet to be determined.
Tributes flooded in for the actor following his death, including from his Friends co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow.

Paying tribute to their friend and co-star, they said: "We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates.
"We are a family.
"There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.
"In time we will say more, as and when we are able.

"For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world."
While Friends co-creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane, along with executive producer Kevin Bright, described their shock at Perry’s death.
"We are shocked and deeply, deeply saddened by our beloved friend Matthew’s passing," they said.
