Bella Thorne has accused Mickey Rourke of gross misconduct on the set of a film they worked together, stating that he hit her genitals with a metal grinder.
This comes amongst the controversy surrounding Mickey Rourke’s ongoing conduct on Celebrity Big Brother as he was accused of being ‘creepy’ towards host AJ Odudu and made multiple homophobic comments towards fellow housemate JoJo Siwa.

Thorne starred together with Rourke in 2020’s Girl, a film starring Thorne as a girl who goes back to her hometown to kill her father, only to find out someone has already done it.
The actor took to X and Instagram stories after seeing a story about Rourke being warned over his homophobic comments to Siwa – including tell her she ‘wouldn’t be gay’ after four days with him and telling another contestant he was going to ‘vote the lesbian out’.
He also said 'I need a f*g' before telling Siwa: "I'm not talking to you."
Thorne’s post said: “This f**king dude. GROSS. I had to work with this man in a scene where I’m on my knees with my hands zip tied around my back.”

The actor then described how he was supposed to take a metal grinder to her kneecap, but ‘instead he used it on my genital thru my jeans.’
She accuses him of then ‘hitting them over and over again’ and leaving her with ‘bruises on [her] pelvic bone.’
Thorne finished by saying: “Working with Mickey was one of the all time worst experiences of my life working as an actress”.
Rourke's representative told Variety that they are 'aware of the statements made by Bella Thorne regarding her experience on set with Mr. Rourke during the production of a past film'.
“These allegations are extremely serious. Mr. Rourke adamantly denies any intentional misconduct,” the statement continues.

“He was not made aware of any such concerns during filming and had no prior knowledge of Ms. Thorne’s discomfort until now.”

It added: “Out of respect for all parties and given the gravity of the claims, Mr. Rourke will not be making further public comment at this time. He remains willing to cooperate with any appropriate inquiry through the proper channels.
“We affirm the right of every performer to feel safe and respected in their work environment.”
Now, in a follow-up post, Thorne went on to say that there were ‘so many gross stories of things’ he made her and others ‘go through on that movie’.

She accused him of revving his engine to cover her in dirt and going into his trailer and refusing to speak to the director and producers.
Thorne said: “I had to convince him to show up and complete his job, as he shouted crazy demands that he wanted from the producers. In fact I had to beg. Alone. In his trailer.
“The movie could not be finished without him.
“I didn’t wanna do it. I was uncomfortable, but I did what I was asked to do and what was best for the movie. Mickey should’ve never put anybody in that movie in any of those positions that he did.”

The move will be sure to increase fan demand that Mickey Rourke is removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house.
ITV warned the actor that his language was Siwa was ‘unacceptable’, with the actor apologizing saying: “I apologise. I don’t have dishonourable intentions - I’m just talking smack, you know.
"I wasn’t taking it all so serious. I didn’t mean in it any bad intentions and if I did, sorry."
Despite this apology, many fans called for him to be removed from the house.
