Vera Wang's followers have been left speechless by her most recent Instagram post.
Wang is best known for her long-running career as a fashion designer, with her brand having worldwide recognition after creating wedding dresses for the likes of Victoria Beckham and Kim Kardashian.
However, fans are all saying the same thing after seeing her latest post on social media.

Taking to Instagram to promote her latest sunglasses range, the 74-year-old designer posed by a swimming pool in a white swimsuit and statement jewellery to celebrate the impending arrival of summer.
"My SLIM AARONS moment …Happy Summer!!!" she captioned the images, referencing the American photographer known for his poolside imagery.
However it wasn't the fancy sunglasses or pristine pool which caught the attention of followers, with several people sharing their amazement at Wang's youthful appearance.

"HOW is it possible you look like this. I need to put down the slice of pizza immediately," one follower penned, while others commented that she was 'aging backwards' and had 'eternal beauty'.
"Time bows down to you and stops moving," a third person wrote, while a fourth added: "Eternal youth. You must have Benjamin Button syndrome, I mean the good reverse."
The designer is no stranger to having people blown away by her youthful appearance, with fans regularly asking if she access to the fabled fountain of youth.

Wang isn't the only member of her family whose appearance seems frozen in time either, with her daughter also appearing to be ageless.
But what is exactly in the water at the Wang family home that's keeping everyone so youthful? And can Wang add some into her next perfume release?
Thankfully Wang has been very open about what she does to maintain her appearance, and it turns out her diet might actually surprise you.
Wang revealed in an interview with Page Six last year that she often indulges in McDonalds, admitting that she's regular at the fast food joint.

"I do eat McDonald’s, absolutely. I order it every day, like two weeks on it, and then I’ll change," she said.
Trips to the famed golden arches aren't the only surprising part of Wang's diet either, with the designer also revealing she enjoys a 'vodka cocktail' alongside a lot of 'sleep' and 'too much Sun'.
Wang also added that she believes work is her 'magic elixir', adding: "Basically, I’ve worked my whole life, so it’s really been about work. I think work keeps you young and stimulated. I work very long hours, I’ve raised two daughters.
