Chloe Sims is one of the biggest stars to come out of The Only Way Is Essex, surviving several culls of the cast over the years. She recently announced she has moved on to a new project that seems to very lucrative for her, so how much is the Essex girl worth?
In 2022, it’s said her net worth is around £1 million, but Chloe’s bank is set to be boosted thanks to a new business deal. After more than a decade on The Only Way Is Essex, it’s been announced that Chloe and her siblings Demi, Frankie, and Charlie and his fiancée Georgia have signed a £1 million deal with OnlyFans TV in a bid to become the “UK Kardashians” with a new reality TV show.
It’s due to air in 2023, and has a working title of The House Of Sims, and further sponsorships and deals are sure to follow. In an interview, Sims said the series will be “huge” and show that she has “so much more to offer for viewers.” She has also posted on Instagram that she will be posting exclusive photos on OnlyFans, which will only add to her bank balance with subscribers paying a fee to access the content. They were keen to confirm there will only be Instagram style content posted instead of explicit pictures.

Of the new series, the family said: 'We're proud to be The Sims, but being compared to the Kardashians all the time is a big compliment to us as a family. We want to see where this new show can take us and plan to go global.' Chloe will also co-produce the show.
Thanks to TOWIE, Chloe has more than 1.2 million followers on Instagram, so she rakes in the cash for advertising deals on the social media platform. Similar users with the same amount of followers reportedly can charge £26k for one product placement post.
The majority of her earnings came from her beauty salon in addition to her TOWIE salary. One report said TOWIE cast originally only received £100 per day for filming but as time went on Sims and some of the other bigger names received up to £450 per episode.
As well as TOWIE, Chloe has appeared on Take Me Out in 2018 as well as two appearances on Celebs Go Dating. One report said contestants were paid up to £200,000 per series. Back in 2012, she also released a memoir called The Only Way Is UP, and in the same year she launched an online boutique called Starship.
