David Harbour was spotted sharing a sneaky Stranger Things update to fans eagerly awaiting season four, having flashed a message to the crowd while watching a basketball game. Take a look below:
At the moment, all we know about the fourth series’ release is that it’s coming sometime this summer, as confirmed by Netflix towards the end of last year.

At the time, the streaming service also revealed the episode titles for the forthcoming new season: 'The Hellfire Club', 'Vecna's Curse', 'The Monster And The Superhero', 'Dear Billy', 'The Nina Project', 'The Dive', 'The Massacre At Hawkins Lab', 'Papa' and 'The Piggyback'.
Since then, there’s been no more news about when it’ll land on Netflix – something that Harbour was clearly eager to rectify, having shared an update with fans while at a recent basketball game.
The actor, who is best known as Jim Hopper in the series, regularly swings by Madison Square Garden to catch the New York Knicks in action, but this time he was joined by none other than his Stranger Things co-star Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers.

Footage shows the moment a camera picked them out in the crowd and zoomed in on the duo – at which point Harbour quickly held up his phone to reveal a message he’d written.
“ST4 is coming sooon, promise,” it said - the three Os hopefully to emphasise the closeness with which we can expect the new series... rather than a typo.
Responding to the news on social media, one fan commented: "David Harbour is a great human."

Eduardo Franco will play Argyle - Jonathan's new BFF.
Jamie Campbell Bower will take on the role of Peter Ballard - an orderly at a psychiatric hospital.
Netflix previously teased: "Tired of the brutality he witnesses day after day, will Peter finally take a stand?"

Sherman Augustus will play Lt. Colonel Sullivan, an 'intelligent, no-nonsense man who believes he knows how to stop the evil in Hawkins once and for all'.
And finally, Mason Dye will play Jason Carver, 'a handsome, rich athlete who is dating the most popular girl in school'.
