A corrupted antihero trying to clear his name and reputation, he first appeared in DC comics back in 1945, but this is his first portrayal on the big screen.
The movie sees Johnson's character go up against the Justice Society of America, which is made up in the film by Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Quinetessa Swindell as Cyclone, and Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate.
