BangBros' youngest director opened up about most bizarre scene he's ever filmed

A porn director opened up about some of the weirdest things he has ever filmed.

Logan Xander, who held the title of youngest BangBros director, was just 19 when he began working in the adult entertainment industry - and, as you can imagine, he’s seen more than his fair share of weird and wonderful things over the years.

In a previous interview with LADbible, Logan, from South Florida in the US, explained how he got into the industry at such a tender age.

"I was actively looking for work in this industry for a while - pretty much as soon as I turned 18,” he shared.

“By the time I was 19 there was a job posting for an editing position for the company, and I applied and got hired.

"I was, and still am, the youngest person with the company, and I worked hard and wanted to start directing.

"Eventually once I started directing I was opening up to the idea of being on camera, and then it all just went up from there. I love it and have really been enjoying my time and the work I do, despite some negative backlash people have due to outdated stigmas with regard to this industry."

Although people aren't generally considering the in and outs of shooting when it comes to the film itself, porn directors still need to try new things to keep the audience interested, and with one recent scene, Logan did just that.

Opening up about one of the weirdest shoots of his career, Logan told LADbible: "The most adventurous film, if I can get a little graphic.

"We recently shot a scene that I wrote and the concept of it was that the male actor's character was falling in love with this sex doll and kept having sex with the doll all around the house, his 'step-sister' keeps catching him using it and eventually they have sex so that he can know what a real woman feels like.

"It was just a super goofy scene and it was a lot of fun and honestly was really funny to see how much the male performer got into character with that doll."

You might have heard of Logan before, since he shares behind-the-scenes videos on TikTok, showing followers what goes on on-set. But, due to TikTok's strict rules, he can't share some of the more x-rated stuff that goes on, and his accounts have been banned from the social media platform in the past.

One of the questions he seems to get asked A LOT on TikTok is about what it 'smells like' on set.

"People ALWAYS ask if it smells on set which I don't understand at all!" Logan said. "Listen, if the girl or guy doesn't clean themselves properly, or are just smelly people, then yes there will be a stench.

"But the majority of the time it just smells like people.

"I will say though, everyone does get sweaty a lot because we have to turn the AC off in the house to film, otherwise the microphone will pick up the AC noise, so no air plus the big lights does make the house pretty hot.

"But other than that it just smells like sex and whatever perfume/cologne people have on."

Which leads us on to another point that seems to come up in the comments on TikTok, where exactly do porn scenes take place?

Logan explained: "We film the scenes in people's houses, usually people who are involved in the industry in some sort of way. They get a location fee.

"BangBros is also in the process of building a film studio currently, so we'll be using the studio a lot once it's finished up.

"And of course, for BangBus scenes, they're shot on the legendary BangBus itself."

Logan told us that porn as a career can also pay well. Although it depends on different factors, including who you're working for and 'what you're willing to do', you can make a lot of money.

He said: "A lot of new girls can easily make over $10K a month when they start out. Their rate will go up the more popular they are.

"Also, if a girl does an anal scene, they get paid more, things like that.

"So girls can make anywhere from $1,000 to a couple grand per shoot.

"Male performers do get paid less but if you're a good performer it's easier for guys to get booked more consistently than girls."

So if you're convinced this is the job for you, Logan says that before you decided to go for a job in the adult film industry, you need to be sure.

"As far as advice, you gotta make sure you REALLY want to do it before jumping in," he said.

"Unfortunately, there's a huge stigma on people involved in the industry, your entire family will find out whether you think they will or not.

"Old friends, teachers, grandparents, everyone. Make sure that's something you can handle. It's not as easy as people think.

"You don't just show up, have sex and leave. It's a whole day of work.

"Some shoots can even take up to 12 hours depending on how much is involved.

"As far as directors, same thing, don't think it's easy just because it's porn.

"I wish more people took the job seriously. If more directors tried to be creative and really produce quality content I think a difference could be made in the perception of our industry."

In the future, Logan is hoping to create a new kind of film/music crossover.

He added: "Ultimately, my goal is to be able to merge the mainstream and adult industry in a way that hasn't been done before. I make music, I throw events for major artists, and have been heavily involved in the underground music scene for the past few years.

"I want to be able to collaborate mainstream acts with porn companies and really be the guy who was able to be successful in both music and porn. The music speaks for itself, and the porn industry is another passion of mine. If I can merge the two of them I think I could be the future of music and porn."
