Terrifier 3 has lived up to the hype of the previous two films by inspiring a whole host of massive reactions to its excessive gore and shocking scenes.
The gory slasher has had walkouts, vomit, and - in a newly revealed review from Australia - two people passing out in a cinema.
While many will be wondering whether this is an excessive over-reaction, I can confirm having seen it - it really isn’t.

The film carries on the story of Sienna Shaw (played by Lauren LaVera) from Terrifier 2, following her survival of Art the Clown’s rampage.
This may be the movie in the franchise with the most out there crazy kills - but it also is the one most interested in plot and character, with Sienna’s trauma from the second film a major part of Terrifier 3.
In watching the film at a UK screening, there were sick bags on every seats, warnings outside informing viewers that they had specialist staff on hand, and nine walkouts in the very first scene.

What caused that - in large part, was the kills in this movie.
They are vomit-inducing, heart-pounding, and utterly, utterly gross. The tactical move to go in with an empty stomach was a good one - and many viewers are likely going leave their lunches behind in the cinema.
One particular kill scene towards the climax of the film will undoubtedly stay with you, as I left the cinema worried that Art was going to climb into my dreams in the evening.

Though Terrifier 3 has an increased budget, director Damien Leone has stayed true to his core ideas in providing some of the most gross and disgusting kills in all of film.
The acting by Lauren LaVera as Sienna is a huge standout, alongside the obvious - David Howard Thornton as Art the Clown, who is incredible.

One fan who saw the film early tweeted: “David Howard Thornton was as menacing and funny as ever!
“Lauren LaVera gave the performance of a lifetime cementing Sienna Shaw as my favourite final girl.”
Another early viewer said: “Terrifier 3 might just have the most insane kill of the franchise. The audacity to even include it had me dying.”

Freelance film critic and senior writer for Film Focus Online Rebecca Johnson said: “#Terrifier3 is a great continuation of the franchise, and a solid addition into the Christmas horror sub-genre.
“It doesn’t expand much on the lore introduced in 2 and the story feels like filler, but the gruesome, inventive kills, humour and performances ensure lots of fun!”
The film’s gruesome and undeniably creative kills will leave you chilled, and if gore and unabashed murder is your thing, then Christmas has truly come early with this yuletide-set slasher.
Art the Clown is as terrifying as ever, but be warned going in - it’s not for everyone - and you may leave with less food in your stomach than you entered the theatre with.
Terrifier 3 will release in the UK on 11 October
