We are still in the dark about when we can feast our eyes, ears and hands on Grand Theft Auto 6.
It's been nearly a decade since GTA 5 was released and while that instalment has received loads of updates since, gamers have been begging for a new title in the franchise.
While we wait for any big news from the game's publisher, there have been a few leaked details that suggest the sixth game in the saga will be humungous.

Twitter account GTA 6 News cited a source from Rockstar who claimed there will be 400 hours of content and gameplay that will be available on the game.
But you will probably want some really fast internet when the game drops.
It's rumoured to be a whopping 750GB install, which could take days to download.

If this is true (keep in mind this is only just a rumour) then it would be the largest video game in history by a long shot.
According to Game Rant, the biggest PC game by file size at the moment is ARK: Survival Evolved, which is 250GB.
That could pose a big problem for gamers.
GAMINGbible notes that a standard PS5 has an 825GB SSD internal hard drive, and just under 158GB of that space is automatically reserved to system files.

That would mean GTA 6 would be 80GB larger than what a PS5 could hold.
However, it would be difficult to think Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive would release one of the most anticipated games of all time and make it unplayable for PlayStation gamers.
Take-Two has suggested GTA 6 could be ready for release sometime in 2024 or 2025.

The game was officially announced in 2022 after years of speculation and demand.
In an earnings call, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnic said the 2025 fiscal year, which lands between April 2024 to March 2025, would have a 'significant inflection point...which we believe will include new record levels of operating performance'.
Not much is known about GTA 6, however some rumours suggest it will have two playable characters named Jason and Lucia.
Speculation is mounting that it will be set in a modern-day Vice City, which was based off Miami.

We'll have to wait and see if Rockstar or Take-Take Interactive give us anymore details in the coming months.
