You might want to have a check in the attic for a dusty old PlayStation 2 game that's worth a whopping £600.
That's almost the cost of two brand-new PS5's - which start from £350.
Though the odds might not be stacked in your favour because your average gamer is probably not going to have this Japanese title from 2004 knocking around.

The survival horror game is set in ancient Japan and was released by FromSoftware, the minds behind Dark Souls.
The video game developer is known for creating some of the best video games ever, such as Bloodborne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
The games have largely gained a cult following for their unique gameplay and high difficulty.

Titled Kuon, it didn't exactly fly off the shelf back then, however, it remained a true classic amongst some of its players.
The plot is split into three narratives and takes place in Fujiwara Manor in Kyoto, where the undead roam the area.
And the game now sells for around £600 resale - and people are willing to spend some serious amounts to add it to their collection.

The reason why it's worth so much isn't just due to its rarity, but also the eerie in-game setting.
Rather than your typical jump scares, Kuon slowly creeps up on you and makes you feel increasingly uncomfortable, according to gamers.
YouTubers and influencers have been raving about the title and fans who copped the game years back in the day are very grateful.
Taking to the GameSpot forum, one fan explained: "Because it got a very small print back in the day.

"The title was a flop commercially and was lucky enough to get localised.
"Demand is high and people know what they have."
While another added: "Extremely low sales/print-run. A lot of people became fans of FromSoftware through the Souls series and interest in their older games started to skyrocket around the time DSII came out.

"The survival horror genre in general already has a cult following and a fair share of dedicated enthusiasts that are willing to pay top dollar."
On social media, it seems gamers and influencers love to show their off rare finds and that only ramps up the value.
Kuon is a prime example of this and when a game gets that kind of attention, its monetary value skyrockets.
So if you've got a £600 burning a hole in your pocket and a love for horror, maybe Kuon is worth the splurge.
Remember, if you own a piece of gaming history, in a few years, it might be worth even more.
Or you could just go on a nice holiday. The choice is yours.
