Hollywood intimacy coordinator Jessica Steinrock has revealed an inside trick to how movies make a sex scene look realistic.
Speaking on TikTok, the star broke down how the aeroplane sex scene in Netflix hit film 365 Days can appear so steamy. Watch the video here:
Looking at one scene in particular, Steinrock took to her account @intimacycoordinator to discuss one of the many raunchy scenes in the sex-filled movie starring Anna-Maria Sieklucka and Michele Morrone as they get down and dirty on a plane.

Breaking down the steamy scene, Steinrock explained: "The airplane scene! She is buckled in tightly. Generally a stunt coordinator would be present for something like that – safety first!
"The first bit of the scene involved some chest stuff. Regulations around chests are really weird, very strange and very gendered, and I don’t love it.
"If I were intimacy coordinating that scene, the thing I would recommend is prosthetic nipples. I’ve talked about [pasties] a lot before: they’re silicone, but they also make them with little nipples on them!

"The reason I’d suggest something like this is because the scene is really focused on stimulating that area. Having a prosthesis would mean it was safer for both actors, and it would limit sensation while still allowing for that very graphic moment."
Steinrock then added: "Later in the scene we do see a hand going into the pants. In doing so, the hand probably goes into the pants but then towards one thigh or the other.
"Basically, if it’s out of frame you can’t quite tell where the wrist is. I’d still recommend she have some kind of barrier for sensation protection."

The use of prosthetic covers is common practice in Hollywood, with Marvel star Sebastian Stan opting for them when he played Pamela Anderson’s ex Tommy Lee when fake tattoos and piercings alongside the silicone prosthetics formed part of his costume.
Sebastian told Vanity Fair in an interview that he briefly considered piercing his own nipples, but instead opted for the silicone covers.
He said: "I saw a video of [Tommy] actually talking about piercing your nipples and how apparently it’s like one of the most painful things you can do.
"I thought, like that’s probably going to be more traumatic than helpful, like, no."
