To really immerse them in the experience, I'm A Celebrity contestants have to follow a series of strict rules while they're on the show.
And apparently, one of those rules is that you can have no more than three sets of underwear while you're in camp. Well, according to former contestant Rita Simmons anyway!
I already know what you're wondering: 'Is this one of the rules Matt Hancock will get to flout when he gets into the jungle?' I don't know think I love the idea of either outcome, to be honest.
Well, according to former contestants, a fourth change of underwear is pretty much considered contraband.

So, when you run out of clean pants - which must happen exceptionally fast on that show - you either have to go for a laundry one or suffer on in a dirty pair.
Back in 2018, after EastEnders star Rita Simons left the show, she revealed this show secret and even admitted to sneaking in an extra pair.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, she said that she would advise all future contestants to 'smuggle' in banned items.
She spilled: "I smuggled in extra knickers. Youâre allowed three pairs of knickers⊠Three pairs. I smuggled more."

For those who are unsuccessful with their smuggling, there are some other, less hygienic, options.
Back in 2020, when AJ Pritchard and Jordan North were on the series, they both confessed to one another that they had been wearing the same underwear for days.
With that in mind, it's hard not to wonder which rules former Health Secretary Matt Hancock will get to skip when he enters the jungle.

According to the Mirror, Hancock - who is the MP for West Suffolk - will be given special treatment on the show.
For one thing, he has been given access to a computer to respond to urgent work emails.
Apparently, the use of the laptop will be monitored and he will not be allowed to contact loved ones at home.
Tonight (8 November), the I'm A Celebrity campmates are set to find out about the two bombshell additions of Matt Hancock and Sean Walsh.

It's bound to be a mixed bag of emotions for the other campmates when they find out.
On the one hand, they'll have to get cosy with the disgraced Tory politician for the next few weeks. But on the other hand, they'll probably never have to do another Bushtucker trial.
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here continues tonight at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
