Jess Glynne has been left utterly baffled over the backlash she received from one of her songs being used on a Jet2 flight advert.
The singer has come under intense fire after one of her tracks was picked up by the bargain British airline.
The tune in question has been blasted by the airline since 2015 and it's clear that fans are beyond sick and tired of it - but Jess is totally confused as to why.

Now eight years old, the controversial song is clearly doing people's nut in.
It was first used by Jet2 in the mid 2010s and has now cemented itself into the British public's psyche.
The song, titled 'Hold My Hand', was written by the star alongside Clean Bandits member Jack Patterson, Janee 'Jin Jin' Bennett - who has written many tracks for the likes of RAYE - and Jax Jones alongside Ina Wroldsen, the former half of the electropop duo Ask Embla.

Regardless of your music taste - there's no doubt that you have heard the song at one point or another in the last few years.
It appeared on the singer's third solo single, following 'Home' and 'Right Here', and went on to receive nominations for both Brit Award for Song of the Year and BBC Music Award for Song of the Year after debuting at number one on the UK Singles Chart.
So, it was no wonder that Jet2 wanted to snatch up the song and play it across all of their adverts and in-flight trailers.
But what was surprising, however, is the sheer amount of backlash the song received following the marketing strategy - with much of the frustration of the 'annoying' over-usage being thrust upon Jess herself.

And she has no idea.
"I do get confused whether people think I dictated how they used my song," she told Magic Radio today (26 April).
"I don’t want to hear anyone on loop in my ear, but at the same time, I’m like, 'You know you are going on holiday now if you hear the song, so you're welcome.'"

The Grammy-award-winning star went on to say she takes the negative comments 'with a pinch of salt' and has referred to the whole ordeal as 'so funny'.
Jess also revealed that, despite the airline using her song to attract prospective customers, she has 'never actually got on a Jet2 flight'.
How ironic.
She confessed: "I have been on every airline in the UK. I mean, where the hell are my flights at Jet2? Take me to Mallorca."

Well, it's the very least they could do.
