Khloe Kardashian’s newest child was conceived in November 2021 via surrogate with ex Tristan Thompson.
While fans have only seen glimpses of the baby since its arrival in July, Khloe shared a closer look at her little one in the premiere episode of season two of The Kardashians.

“It is gonna start with a ‘T',” the reality star told her momager Kris Jenner during the latest episode, which dropped on September 22.
“I mean, that’s really the only names I’ve been looking at,” she added.
Fans will know the alliterative 'T' runs in the family as her daughter, who was born in 2018, is named True Thompson.
Kris then offered up several names that start with a T before adding Travis, the first name of both Kourtney Kardashian's husband Travis Barker and Kylie Jenner's on-and-off partner Travis Scott.

“We can name him Travis and then just have an easy three,” she said.
The baby's name notwithstanding, Khloe’s second child comes after she discovered Tristan had had yet another affair with Houston-based personal trainer Maralee Nichols—with whom he had just welcomed another child.
As a result, Khloe decided that her older sister Kim Kardashian should be in the delivery room instead of Tristan.
He was later invited to the hospital to meet his newborn.

Despite the difficult circumstances, Khloe said the arrival of her son allowed her to officially 'close that chapter and be done with this trauma.'
