Lewis Capaldi found an ingenious way of celebrating his fifth number one, having hilarious recreated the iconic Booker T WWE video – with his own cheeky spin, of course.
He posted the clip on Instagram after hearing the good news, and I think we can all agree he simply nailed it:
Chef’s kiss, Lewis.

The 26-year-old Scottish singer was delighted to land his fifth UK number one with ‘Wish You The Best’, which dropped last week ahead of the release of second album Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly on 19 May.
Thanking fans for their support, Capaldi posted a series of photos of him posting with some WWE belts.
“Can you dig it suckaaaaaaa??!!!?” he wrote in the caption.
“Cannot believe I'm able to say that ‘wish you the best’ is my 5TH UK NUMBER 1 SINGLE!! Honestly am so, so happy and continue to be astounded by everyone’s support thank you thank you thank you.”

The post also included a hilarious recreation of a classic interview Booker T once gave after becoming the five-time WCW Champion.
He screamed into the microphone: “The fact of the matter is this: I’m the five-time, five-time, five-time, five-time, five-time WCW Champion...
“NOW CAN YOU DIG THAT?”

In his own version, Capaldi thankfully opted not to shout down the camera, but was more than happy to pose topless with some wrestling belts.
He said: “Hello everybody it’s Lewis Capaldi here – or the artist formerly known as Lewis Capaldi.
“But now you can call me Booker T, because I am a five-time, five-time, five-time, five-time, five-time UK number one-having artist.

“Thank you to all those who bought the song, streamed the song, wished the best.”
Booker T once revealed the now-famous catchphrase ‘Can You Dig It’ was actually inspired by a famous film franchise.
Speaking on Stone Cold Steve Austin's podcast The Steve Austin Show, he explained: "Hey, man, I'm going to tell you, man, those karate movies that I watched when I was a kid, man, I always had that one mindset because of the boss.

"In all of those karate movies that I watched, the boss, he was badass and every time someone tests the boss, he showed how real he had to be with all those guys.
"All those Shaft movies, that I watched, Richard Roundtree, he was badass. Do you know what I mean? He didn't take [any] s--t from [anybody] and I wanted to be like Shaft. That's where 'can you dig it, sucka?' came from, me watching those movies." Booker added, "and for me, I always knew my role."
As for what inspired Capaldi for his latest single, he explained in another recent Instagram post that it was a song about 'what we don't say' to people you were once close to.
"I've always been fascinated by the things left unsaid, whether that be in a relationship or a friendship," he said.
"'Wish You The Best' came from this idea of a person you've been close to at some stage in life... inevitably time passes and you're hearing and seeing the amazing things in their life that's continued without you, whether that's through friends, family, or more often through these days through social media.
"The battle between the struggle to want to know how that person is and everything they're up to in life but also the part of you that dies a bit inside hearing they've maybe moved on or about parts of their life where you no longer have a place.
"It's a song about what we don't say to those people, sometimes there's things we want to say but choose not to either because of fear of rejection or out of respect for the person who can no longer be in your life for whatever the reason may be."
