A Naked Attraction contestant has opened up about what goes on behind the scenes.
It says what it is on the tin, and is certainly not for the faint-hearted. The Channel 4 dating show sees contestants pick their date and hopeful love match by viewing each body part bit by bit and then completely butt-naked.

However, the nudity begins before you even get onto the show, with former contestant Gavin having revealed just what goes down in the selection process.
After deciding to audition for the show, Gavin went to Newcastle where he was interviewed by both 'a camerawoman and a male interviewee'.
He recalled how the pair asked him to take his clothes off and pitch himself while naked.

Gavin told iNews: "It lasted about 45 minutes. It wasn't so awkward, they made me feel at ease."
After getting accepted onto the show, Gavin explained how he was called for filming at 7am and only finished at 3pm.
Reflecting on the day, he noted: "You were sweating because there was a light shining on you, but there was a draft so it was a bit cold, so there was quite a lot of shaking going on by the boys.

"Whenever the camera wasn’t on, everyone was shaking themselves to try and make themselves look bigger."
The former contestant also clarified how you don't get paid for going on the show if you appear within the 30-minute episode.
"If you’re on standby and you don’t appear on the show then you get paid £75 for being in the room. You don’t get paid if you’re on the show," he said.

However, Gavin noted how he thinks it's 'quite hard to get rejected' from the show and that 'most people who apply get on'.
Another previous contestant named Emmylou confirmed the lack of payment.
She told The Sun: "You don't get paid. It's something that if you want to do, you can do. It's very liberating – and a great experience."

Emmylou also explained how at ease the crew made her feel. "You'd think that would be nerve-racking but it wasn't.
You have a conversation with them before and when you audition it's a case of taking your clothes off," she said.
