Margot Robbie might be one of the most sought-after actors in Hollywood but she suddenly became a whole lot more relatable when she confessed that she's actually 'a massive Harry Potter nerd.'
The Suicide Squad star admitted that, as a teenager, she was so obsessed with the series that she 'lied to the optometrist' so that she could have glasses like Harry Potter, despite having perfect vision.
Margot, 32, had been speaking on The Graham Norton Show when her infatuation with Harry Potter came to light, and once she started talking about it, she almost couldn't stop herself.

In the 2021 interview, Margot went on to reveal that her husband had actually appeared in some of the Harry Potter films - a fact he didn't reveal to her until after they were married.
Margot is married to film producer Tom Ackerley, 32, who she met on the set of war drama Suite Francaise back in 2013, where he worked behind the camera as an assistant director.
It wasn't long before the two began dating, eventually tying the knot in 2016.

The couple, who are notoriously private about their relationship, co-founded the production company LuckyChap Entertainment together, and have produced award-winning films like I, Tonya and Promising Young Woman.
But, before they started dominating the film industry together, Margot and Tom were wrapped up in the world of Harry Potter - she being an obsessed super-fan, and he actually working on-set alongside the likes of Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton.
Oh, how the tables have turned.

"My husband is in the Harry Potter movies", she revealed during her Harry Potter rampage on The Graham Norton Show.
"I know, I was like, 'Had you told me sooner we would've been married very quickly'."
She continued: "But he was an extra when he was a little kid - he was one of the Slytherin extras when Draco pushes some kids out of the way to see Buckbeak in the third book. He pushes my husband out of the way."
The Academy Award nominee was incredibly proud of this fact.

Tom didn't just make a cameo in The Prisoner of Azkaban; he also played a Hogwarts student in both The Philosopher's Stone and The Chamber of Secrets.
It's no wonder Margot, who had previously described herself as the 'ultimate single gal', fell for him.
More recently, the couple have been working together as producers for the highly anticipated Barbie movie, which Margot also stars in.
The movie is set to hit cinema screens on 21 July, 2023.
