14 dates have been announced across the UK and Ireland, and fans are itching to get their hands on tickets.
However, a number of those who have signed up for the pre-sale ballot by completing a short quiz and providing their personal details are still awaiting their confirmation email.
They took to social media to share their concerns, but the band have now released a statement on X, reassuring fans and telling them not to worry.

It reads: "We are aware that many of you are still waiting on a confirmation email. Rest assured they are on their way, as we process an unprecedented volume of entries. Everyone who has filled out the ballot form by 7pm BST today, Wednesday 28th August, will receive an email where they can confirm their entry in the ballot."
So don't worry too much if it hasn't popped up in your inbox yet, though more people are now sharing their confirmation messages online, which is a good sign.

In terms of how the pre-sale will work, the band explained on their social media accounts: "A ticket pre-sale will be held on Friday 30th August, ahead of Saturday’s general sale.
"To ensure the maximum number of fans have a fair opportunity to access tickets, applicants will be selected for the pre-sale via a ballot.
"Ballot registration is open now and will close at 7pm BST, this Wednesday 28th August. Register via the link in bio. Successful applicants will receive an email with full access information the morning of Friday 30th August.
"Success in the ballot will not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis," it concluded.

Fans were quick to panic on Tuesday night after they completed the pre-sale ballot sign-up, and didn't instantly receive a confirmation email, even after checking their junk and spam folders.
One shared on X: "Anyone else signed up to the Oasis pre sale ballot but not received the email verification?!" as another said: "I take it no one else has got a presale confirmation email for Oasis then? Saturday is gonna be some laugh if the presale is this broken."
And a third added: "Obsessed w Oasis having a quiz to answer to gain access to the presale but also can i please get my confirmation email bc i registered as soon as i got the email 40 mins ago. A girl is anxious."
