Liam Gallagher has revealed who made the first move to get Oasis back together after he was asked about it on X.
The rock and roll star is nothing if not a prolific tweeter, willing to respond to fan questions on all sorts of topics and be a staunch champion of having a Curly-Wurly for breakfast.
Last month, Oasis announced they were getting back together after almost 15 years apart, with the Gallagher brothers seemingly making up and calling an end to their feud.

"The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised," the band said ahead of the announcement of tour dates throughout the UK and Ireland for 2025.
International tour dates will be announced at a later point, but plenty of Oasis fans have been wondering how Liam and Noel patched things up after all this time.
There's been talk of a late night phone call while the brother's mum Peggy was also said to be central to them patching things up.

Liam's fiancee Debbie Gwyther, who he said 'saved me' may also have played an important part.
Noel and Liam met in person for the photoshoot that produced a new Oasis poster where they were apparently 'laughing and joking', and fans have since asked Liam on social media who first picked up the phone and called.
The singer responded: "I called him but don't tell anyone as I do t wont folk thinking I'm a soft lad and stuffs keep it between me n you cheers x"
I think we can all agree that Liam calling Noel first to patch things up isn't going to make anyone thing he's a soft lad, they'll probably just be happy that the band is back together.

After gargantuan demand for Oasis tickets and new dates announced, the band has said there'll be an 'invitation only ballot' for the remaining dates.
First in the queue will be people who tried to buy tickets from Ticketmaster but were unsuccessful, with more details set to come with time.
Since getting the band back together, and a little bit before, Noel and Liam have been saying more nice things about each other.

Elsewhere in his social media activity, Liam was a big fan of the new Manchester City fourth kit designed by his brother Noel and based off their album 'Definitely, Maybe'.
"Wow that looks absolutely incredible I want the full kit ASAP," he tweeted, before calling someone who said Arsenal's kit was better a 'glue sniffer' and then saying he knew three Gunners fans 'that are sound'.
