As the investigation around Payne's passing continues, five people have already been charged over the 31-year-old's death including the hotel's manager, a receptionist and a friend of the singer, Roger Nores.
They face charges of manslaughter while hotel employee Ezequiel Pereyra and waiter Braian Paiz have been charged with supplying cocaine.
Judge Laura Bruniard said she did not think the three people charged with manslaughter 'had planned or wanted the death of Payne', but their actions created 'risk' to his life.
