Amy Bradley’s disappearance continues to bring about new leads despite having taken place over 27 years ago as her family spoke out this week.
Amy Bradley disappeared in 1998, whilst travelling on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship and a body was never found.
Whilst many believe Amy died due to a fall, either accidental or intentional, her family maintain to this day that she is still alive.
The biggest development that led to this belief was covered in the new Netflix documentary Amy Bradley is Missing, a documentary so influential that her family have said it led to 100s of new leads.

One major lead, however, was discussed in her mum and brother’s recent appearance on ITV’s This Morning.
As covered in the doc, Amy’s family were emailed pictures in 2005 of a woman on a sex worker website that look near identical to the missing American.

The pictures were sent anonymously in 2005 of a sex worker called ‘Jas’ and, in comparison to pictures of Amy, look shockingly similar.

Speaking in the Netflix documentary, Amy’s mother Iva Bradley said: “Seeing the photos that’s a terrible thing… it’s a level of panic, all I can think is ‘is that my daughter?”
Amy’s family recently appeared on This Morning, where Iva spoke about the fact that it has been discovered by forensic experts that the pictures ‘are of Amy.’

The forensic experts, which Iva Bradley referred to on This Morning, are from the FBI.
Erin Sheridan, an FBI agent who worked on the case, spoke in the Netflix documentary about how a forensic expert had determined that the photos could well be Amy.
In addition to this, one Reddit simulation traced the pictures of ‘Jas’ over pictures of Amy and came out nearly identical in all matters of facial structure.

Whilst there is substantial proof that the pictures on the sex worker website are of Amy, this is not 100%.
Some people have found other pictures from the photoshoot which appear to show ‘Jas’ exposing parts of her body where Amy had tattoos.
Though that may have been edited, several viewers have questioned why people would traffic a young woman then, after it became an international case, publicise her online.
Despite these concerns, Amy’s parents and brother continue the search to this day.
Brad Bradley, Amy’s brother, spoke to TMZ where he revealed that the Netflix documentary had led to 100s of possible leads.

One horrifying lead within this is a man who claims to have purchased a woman he believes was Amy for sex whilst in the Caribbean.
