The series follows grieving wife Maya Stern (Michelle Keegan) who is trying to come to terms with the murder of her husband, Joe Burkett (Richard Armitage).
After the funeral, Maya installs a nanny cam to keep an eye on her two-year-old daughter Lily (Thea Taylor-Morgan).
When taking a closer look at the footage, the mum is shocked to see her husband who was filmed on camera in the house, playing with Lily.
There's a lot to unpack in the action-filled series, but one of the most memorable scenes sees Maya making a living by using her ex-military expertise to teach people how to fly a helicopter.

During one helicopter lesson though, she travels with a passenger who was talking about his upcoming dentist appointment - that was until the lesson takes an unexpected turn.
Maya decides to cut the lesson short after she abruptly lands the plane in a forest after spotting a car she believes has been following her.
The mum uses her inner-Terminator skillet and chases the suspect through the trees, before landing the aircraft, dashing off and leaving her poor pupil in a field.

Commenting on the bizarre scene, one viewer tweeted: "Why is Maya following a car with a helicopter, with a student?"
"Fool me once is really good but the helicopter chase and the kids doing their own investigations is wild lol," another added.
"As much as I like Fool Me Once. I really doubt a deployed helicopter pilot would have a nice peach gell manicure," someone else joked.

Addressing the scene is the author of the novel of the same name Harlan Coben.

"Oh thank goodness, I was absolutely worried about what happened to him! Thanks for updating us!" one viewer replied, as another said: "Hahaha we were saying wonder if he made the appointment."
