Netflix viewers are binging a ‘captivating’ new parasite series all in one day, but they all have one piece of advice for those wanting to get stuck in.

Usually when you get into a show, you really get into it. As in, stay up all night no matter what to finish it type of get into it.

And Netflix seems to be full of traps for that, from a new ‘unhinged’ docu-series to a ‘disturbing’ horror show. So, here’s another one to add to all of that as viewers are binging all of a ‘captivating’ new parasite series in one day.

However, they do have one piece of advice for watching it.

Users took to LADbible’s Netflix Bangers Facebook group, to share their thoughts on the show, calling it ‘100% worth the binge watch’.

Parasyte: The Grey is set months after mysterious spores begin to fall from the sky.

Shop assistant Jeong Su-in is infected by a parasite, but it’s not so simple.

For most victims, the parasites manage to control the human’s mind as well as sprouting some pretty terrifying powers, including razor sharp tentacles.

But in Su-in, she's still able to control her own mind.

The Netflix series is based on the original manga series Kiseiju, which was created by Hitoshi Iwaaki, and is six episodes long.

And starring Jeon So-nee, Koo Kyo-hwan and Lee Jung-hyun, Parasyte is in Korean.

When watching the show on Netflix, viewers have the choice to watch it in its original language or for it to be dubbed, such as into English.

But there’s also the choice to add on subtitles – and viewers reckon this is a much better option than changing the audio.

One user slammed on X: “I managed to hear the first line of Parasyte dubbed and it was all around just bad choices.

"Voice wasn't even remotely matched to the character's look or tone, no energy or emotion to match the scene.. It's like there wasn't choices being made for the casting.. Subbed was infinitely more enjoyable for sure.”

Another wrote: “Ok, Parasyte on Netflix is good. Gotta pay attention because of the subtitles but it’s definitely decent.”

One did say it’s ‘insane’ even being dubbed in English, as another echoed it’s ‘well written and well dubbed’.

Many do prefer the original anime series, but others are already calling for a second series of this.

One wrote on our Facebook group: "I absolutely loved this. Exciting, quite scary... Mostly great acting and fabulous direction and sound design.”

You can watch Parasyte: The Grey on Netflix now.
