The much-anticipated Pam & Tommy series has at last been released - but it's not Pam or Tommy who everyone is talking about, it's Tommy Lee's talking penis.
The show retells the infamous story of the former couple's sex tape, which was stolen and disseminated across the globe.
Given the subject matter, it's no surprise the series features sex scenes and nudity; however, viewers were not prepared for a scene in which Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy has a heart-to-heart with his chatty phallus.
The cock/rocker convo crops up out of nowhere in the second episode, as Tommy finds himself falling for Pam and his penis chimes up to encourage him to keep playing the field.
Midway through the episode, Tommy can be heard from the bathroom saying, 'I think she's the one,' at which point another mysterious voice pipes up.
For a moment there, some viewers may have concluded that this second voice was a voice in his head, but it soon becomes abundantly apparent that this is not the case.
While swaying about all over the place, despairing about his owner falling in love, the talking d**k exclaims: "We've down this road before, and it never ends well."
From here, the c**k becomes increasingly irate, with more and more swear words flowing from his urethra as he lists some celebs he could miss out on bonking if he settles down with Pam.
In total, the scene lasts the best part of two minutes, and many viewers jaws were on the floor throughout:
As you might expect, writer Robert Siegal said there was some 'pushback' over the scene - though it wasn't quite as random as it seems.
Speaking to Variety, he said: "As much as I'd like to take credit for that, I was simply adapting a chapter from [Lee's] memoir.
"I think it might be a first [for television]. There was gentle pushback, because you've got to push back a little when a talking penis is presented to you. But Hulu was extremely supportive."
Director Craig Gillespie said shooting the scene was 'just awkward', adding: "You've got four puppeteers working with an animatronic penis.
"And then, how much is too much, and do you start to lose his emotional torment of what's going on? Hopefully it works."
I'll let you be the judge of that - you can watch the show on Disney+ (yes, Disney has moved on from talking mice to talking d**ks).
