In a lovely stroke of luck, John Lennon's son and 'Uncle' Paul McCartney accidentally crossed paths in an airport.
The universe works mysteriously and sometimes you're just in the right place at the right time.
That was certainly the case for Julian Lennon and The Beatles legend on Saturday, 12 November.

For those just learning that Lennon had a son, he actually has two sons, the other being Sean Lennon. And Julian is also the inspiration for the song 'Hey, Jude'.
We honestly can't get over how cute that song is in retrospect.
And things are about to get way more wholesome, Julian tweeted out the pair's chance encounter and shared the snaps they took.

He wrote: "It’s Amazing who you run into in an airport Lounge! None other than Uncle Paul…. So, so lovely, and what are the chances…Thankful…."
As you can imagine, people absolutely lost their s*** and promptly started gushing about the pair's reunion "This is so great, Julian! Really meant to be your meeting he must be so proud of you and your new album, you turning something that he created into something so particular and special to you, just beautiful!"
Another suggested that the whole thing was fated: "That’s really amazing. Your energies were definitely meant to meet at that time! How cool."

And a third said that they'd love to see the pair sing sometime: "I would love to see you two collaborate on a song! I still have “Jude” on repeat! Can’t get enough of that album!"
And just like his father, Julian is also a musician, with his newest album, Jude, coming out this year.
Others then started sharing how they'd react if they just bumped into Paul.
One user said: "I gotta tell you, if I walked in and saw Paul McCartney I would probably have a geeky fit and lose my mind. And I'm an old lady Huge fan. Saw Help and A Hard Days Night over 100 times each."
And we can absolutely see that happening.

The legend's career is going strong, with Paul making history earlier this summer for being Glastonbury's oldest-ever headliner; though, his performance was met with mixed reviews.
Some claimed that it seemed like Paul 'doesn't was to play' any of his hit songs.
But fans quickly came to his defense, with one person saying: "Why are people complaining that Paul McCartney is playing songs they don’t recognise. He has a back catalogue going back more than 60 years, he can’t please everyone. Also he’s 80 years old and smashing it, so f**k off!"
Either way, we're just happy Paul got to see Julian and that they both singing their hearts out.
