The entrepreneur and fashion designer disclosed details on TikTok about the things you cannot do as a candidate on The Apprentice while living in the mansion, which has previously been compared to a 'prison'.
“No sex or relationships in the house," she shared before adding. "Although some people do but that’s not my business.”
Some of the other rules had people in the comments comparing the experience to being on Big Brother because the candidates are completely cut off from the outside world.
“No phones, no internet, no google," Gabbidon explained. "People always say ‘Why didn’t you just Google it?’ You can’t Google it because you don’t have a phone."

Candidates aren’t allowed to ring people whenever they want either. “You can’t just have a catch up with your mate. You can’t have a phone.”
“No task talk off camera. You wanna capture everything on camera.”
“No TV. No news. You don’t know what’s going on in the world.

The hopefuls aren't allowed to listen to music, which Gabbidon said was a 'killer' rule for her.
In addition to limited contact with loved ones at home and a ban on takeaways, Gabbidon said candidates are banned from sharing rooms on some occasions.
"You can’t share a room with someone if you’re like midway through a task and you’re on the same team as them because imagine you could just strategize the whole thing and win it the next day.”

LADbible has contacted the BBC for comment.
One fan wrote: “What this is basically Big Brother why don’t they film this bit?”
“Wait why no music?” Someone else asked. “That’s such a bizarre rule?”
A third person penned: “That sounds like hell! If you fall out with someone you’re screwed stuck in that house with them.”

Gabbidon also confirmed that candidates are really view only 20 minutes to get ready in the morning. “When they say you have 20 minutes to get ready and leave is that the only time you have?!” A viewer commented, to which Gabbidon said: “Yep!!!”
Another commenter asked: ‘So what do you guys do to chill?”
To which the former candidate said: “Tell riddles or read fictional books.”
All of a sudden being 'fired' doesn't sound as bad!
