Popular British game show The Chase has taken aim at comedian James Corden leaving fans howling in amusement.
Corden really can't catch a break, can he? The 43-year-old may be known for getting a battering by the media, but ITV series The Chase, has also decided to join the swarm who love to do nothing more than hate on the Gavin and Stacey star.
In a recent episode of the show, a contestant named Tom went up against Jenny 'The Vixen' Ryan, to answer a brutal question that saw Corden put alongside two notoriously horrific historical figures.

As well as including Corden as one of the possible three answers, The Chase gave the options of Joseph Stalin, the infamous Soviet dictator, and Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, The Independent reports.
The question read: "In Stephen Fry's novel 'Making History', the hero changes time to try and prevent the birth of which figure?"
While the answer to the round was Hitler, which both Tom and The Vixen (unsurprisingly) guessed correctly, the pretty intense snub at Corden didn't go unnoticed by viewers.
Fans of the show – and haters of Corden – flocked to social media to respond to The Chase's dig.

Don Kiddick said: "I wish someone had prevented the birth of James Corden #TheChase."
A user called Carolanne commented: "Carolanne@Haleb_4_everI love how James Corden was an actual serious answer to that question 😂😂 #TheChase."
"I'd read a book that prevented the birth of James Corden. Might write it myself, bound to be made into a film #TheChase," another stated.
While I can get behind the 40,000-strong petition against Corden to prevent him from being cast in the movie adaptation of hit West End musical Wicked – particularly after his turn in CATS – the poor man isn't really as bad as two historical leaders who commit a series of atrocious war crimes, is he?

He may have got hate for not driving 100% of the time during his Carpool Karaoke series, but when Corden's able to get guests in the passenger seat such as Adele, Beatles legend Paul McCartney and Madonna – particularly when she revealed she kissed Thriller singer Michael Jackson – then who really cares?
Let's not shoot the man down, or try to shatter his dreams, because he will just keep on going popping up in musical adaptations even so. Meatloaf did tell him to 'never give up' after all.
